After you've laid hands on these forms and signed where needed, add a check made out to Los Alamos Pony Club., see detail  below:

The National fee is $75 for renewing members, $85 for new members, and $105 for new members starting in the fall of 2005. Add $20 for the Regional fee, and $20 for our  Club (for the $10 club and $10 club sponsor fee).

Totals: Renewing 2006 member:  $115.00 (Make a single check payable to Los Alamos Pony Club)
            New 2006 member starting in January: $125.00
            New 2006 member starting this fall: $150.00 (prorated for the end of 2005 and all of 2006)

And then in a separate check, everyone please make a $10 donation to the Boca Negra Cross Country Country Course access fee.
